• Contribute to Childrens Centre core offer by achieving Development Matters outcomes and objectives aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework and Councils strategies and action plans relevant to Early Years.
  
• Work collaboratively with the Childrens Centres and Early Years Play and Development (EYPaD) Centre Teams to deliver highquality services and improve outcomes for children and families.
  
• Facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years based on Development Matters and EYFS framework.
  
• Identify families who may require additional support provide information about local services and / or signpost or refer to Children s Centres.
  
• Offer parents advice and guidance to optimise their visit and promote home learning in line with Childrens Centres core offer.
