Systems Onboarding Coordinator







A fantastic opportunity has risen within our long established group of companies for a systems onboarding coordinator working with our clients and internal stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
Supporting new client wins for our Asset360 service
Setting up additional warehousing space on our internal systems
Continual improvement internally
Implementation and roll out of our new systems
Onboarding new clients to ensure they have the best experience from Asset 360 to provide excellence in scoping, onboarding, training and ongoing support.
Based in Wigan but working throughout the UK as and when required, you ll work within our business improvement team and be at the heart of rolling out our service to new clients, continuing the onboarding plan for our existing clients and supporting the wider business when required. We are a team that works closely together to ensure we re delivering for our clients and the group.
The role will ensure that our companies internally-built systems are being efficiently utilised by our clients. You will review use cases and implement systems and process improvements using training and client reporting .
Your initial 3 months onboarding will allow you to understand the value of what we offer you will meet with our clients to understand our success stories and work with the team to finalise existing implementations.
All of our systems are internally developed and you will be at the heart of the business improvement, ensuring a feedback loop with our clients to continually moving things forward. Internal and external feedback is essential to help guide our road map for 2023.
The ideal candidate will be a driver with less than 6 points on your licence and have experience working within a tech based role as you ll be required to demo our software and understand how we can tweak systems to help. We are open to candidates from a similar background as we ll provide extensive on the job training with the team however IT skills will be fundamental to this role.
Ideally a strong background in systems and a highly organised nature with a working knowledge of data analytics and reporting along with familiarity of liaising with business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT.
