Requirements

You will responsible for team management maximising Finance & Insurance revenues and ensuring strict compliance standards are met.

Experience of a similar role in a franchise environment is essential as well as a genuine desire to provide a first class customer experience Our client is ready to reward the very best with training recognition and development.

Benefits

They are offering a 27500 basic salary plus bonus to an achievable and uncapped OTE of 50000 and a host of other benefits including alternate weekend working and use of a company vehicle.
