Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Office Administrator with over three years of experience in the care industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a deep understanding of care services including medication management. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative duties managing medication inquiries and supporting our care team to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Inquiries:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all medicationrelated inquiries from clients their families and care staff.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure accurate and timely medication management.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of medication policies procedures and regulations to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of medication management protocols and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all medicationrelated inquiries from clients their families and care staff.
Client & Care Team Support:
- Assist in coordinating care services ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions medication inquiries and office activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits inspections and management review.
- Assist in coordinating care services ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a care setting with a strong understanding of medication management.
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the healthcare or care services industry.

The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & on induction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supporting with shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews in Service users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks, informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. - Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. - Good written and verbal communication is essential.
