Position: Office Administrator

Responsible to: Manager


Position: Office Administrator

Location: In office only (no remote working)

2 Part time posisitons available:

1 Monday Friday 9am 1pm
2 Monday Thursday 1pm 5pm & Friday 12.30pm 4.30.pm

Pay: 12.00 per hour

Experience Required: 1 year of office experience

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update and maintain our external software database systems.
  • Monitor performance and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with various office tasks including answering phone calls preparing letters creating spreadsheets and managing documents.

The Role: - Support care assistants in the community & on induction. - Be a role model for new and existing staff, supporting with shadowing shifts. - Carry out risk assessments/ reviews in Service users home. - Participate in on call duties. - Spot checks, informing office of any good/bad practices. - Medication trained. - Act and cope well under pressure and in emergency situations. - Good written and verbal communication is essential.
