Super Sales Administrator Required - Sunderland - Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for a fantastic client with offices in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable and growing business that has a low staff turnover and offers it's staff members the very best work life balance, with optional hybrid working, compressed hours and an early finish on a Friday (currently 1 in 4).
The Role / Company:
The successful person will be joining a large business and working in the Sunderland branch (office), which is small and friendly team. On a day to day basis you will be managing a busy inbox and responding to customers who would like to place a trade order and require a quote. The role will involve checking the order, gathering information on quantities and sizing, checking the stock and delivery times and communicating the details back to the customer along with the pricing. In addition to this you will placing the orders onto the order management system, sending delivery information and invoicing the customer. As well as managing the inbox you will be taking calls throughout the day from customers who will be calling for updates on stock and delivery times.
We are looking for someone that has previous experience in a similar role and is confident dealing with new and existing customers.
