Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor
The Role
We are seeking an experienced fee earner to join our clients thriving Wills and Probate department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling a variety of private client cases from start to finish with an opportunity for significant career progression.
This role involves managing a mixed caseload of Wills and Probate matters while also overseeing work allocation within the department and assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members. Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and advising on Wills Probate and Powers of Attorney
- Handling Court of Protection cases
- Trusts and Estate Planning
- Providing advice on Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
