Position: Commissioning Home Manager
Location: Radstock, Somerset
Salary: £125,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider with all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:

- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
- Stage Two - In-person interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
- Care home commissioning experience or background within luxury nursing homes
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
