Due to a recent workshop refurbishment and expanison, our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to add to their existing workshop team. Running alongside an elished and well-run Used Car Dealer based in Peterborough, our client is looking for an experienced candidate who is looking for a new long-term role where they can enjoy a positive workplace and a good work life balance. They have a great track record and an excellent reputation based on firm foundations of outstanding customer service and delivering top vehicles at highly competitive prices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good all round technical and mechanical experience
- Wide range of brand experience
- MOT experience either current or lapsed would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent time served
- Willingness to turn their hand to anything within the workshop
- Servicing Experience
- Diagnostic experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours
There are 2 working patterns available;
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
Every fourth Saturday 08:30 to 16:00
OR
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm with one set day off in the week and every other weekend Saturday 08:30 to 17:30 & Sunday 08:30 to 16:00
