Job Overview:
The Procurement Analyst will support the procurement department by analyzing purchasing data assessing vendor performance and implementing procurement strategies that maximize cost efficiency and improve supply chain operations. The successful candidate will use datadriven approaches to guide procurement decisions ensuring that the organization receives highquality goods and services at competitive prices.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
Collect analyze and interpret procurement data to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and maintain procurement reports dashboards and KPIs to support decisionmaking processes.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on quality cost delivery and responsiveness.
Assist in the development and maintenance of strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and effective negotiation outcomes.
Conduct supplier risk assessments and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
**Strategic Sourcing:**
Support the strategic sourcing process by identifying potential suppliers conducting market research and assisting in supplier selection.
Analyze market trends and benchmarks to inform procurement strategies and negotiations.
**Procurement Processes:**
Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
Assist in the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify costsaving opportunities through spend analysis supplier negotiations and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide recommendations for costeffective solutions.
**Contract Management:**
Assist in the preparation review and management of procurement contracts and agreements.
Ensure that contracts are aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Finance or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 24 years of experience in procurement supply chain management or a related analytical role.
Experience with procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP Oracle Ariba) is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
