I am seeking an experienced business coach who is looking to work flexible hours for great rewards within a proven business system. As a Business Coach you will work closely with business owners to develop strategies set goals and drive business growth.

What you will do
- Promote leadership and personal development courses within defined markets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on business development and growth strategies.
- Set monitor and update goals for personal and business success.
- Offer guidance on personal development including leadership skills decisionmaking and selfconfidence.
- Help to identify and overcome businessrelated challenges or obstacles.
- Conduct regular reviews and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans.
- Provide resources and tools to aid in business improvement and personal development.
What you will not do
- Cold calling prospects
- Spamming anyone
- Pressure selling
What we ask for
- 15 hours / week
- Understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
