Themis Recruit are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a sed and motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor (25 PQE) to join a wellelished fullservice law firm based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment handling a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to completion including complex and highvalue claims.
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
  • Draft legal doents including letters of claim pleadings and witness statements.
  • Liaise with medical experts counsel and other parties as required.
  • Negotiate settlements and pursue cases to trial when necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 25 years of postqualification experience in Clinical Negligence.
  • Strong technical expertise in clinical negligence law including knowledge of relevant case law and procedural rules.
  • Excellent client care ss with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effective negotiation and communication ss.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player.
