The boring bit: Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the HR Strategy policies and practices in the UK and European region to ensure the achievement of our clients objectives in accordance with the business strategy
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to attract retain and motivate talented engaged and committed employees.
- Take proactive responsibility for creating a regionally mature and dynamic conscious company culture.
- Support the formation of a global team introducing a solid HR systems framework that supports and enables the organisation to successfully navigate and transcend into a global enterprise.
- Provide recruitment and human resources expert advice to the various regions and drive the talent agenda.
Required Minimum Education and Work Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent experience
- 10 years HR experience with at least 4 years experience within a Cyber Security Environment.
- Proven understanding and awareness of current developments in the fields of Human Resources and the management of the provision of these support services.
- Delivery of quality results through effective management/leadership.
- Uptodate knowledge of current legislation within the UK & European environment and all other regions in which our client operates.
