Our client is a national, leading service provider that specialises in complete drainage and plumbing services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial drainage and plumbing failures.
The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe.
They are now looking to appoint a number of Customer Service Advisors on both a full-time basis. If you enjoy speaking to people and working as part of a team this is a great opportunity for you.
Hours of work: rotational 3 week Rota: Monday to Friday -07:00 - 3:30 / 08:30 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00
- 1st point of contact for customer service enquiries
- Responsible for emails, reports and general administration
- Using internal systems to ensure that a customers records are accurately maintained

Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Confidence when speaking to customers
- Excellent listening skills

- Problem solving skills
- Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to support the call centre manager in providing real time reporting and regular updates to senior management
