Job Summary:
Conduct thorough suitability assessments for TA clients to ensure housing options meet their specific needs and legal requirements.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
Complete suitability assessment for TA clients
Undertake occupancy and property inspections
Respond to Complaints and Member enquiries
Complete Discharge of Duty and NTQ.
Essential Experience Required:
Experience of working with Part 6 & 7 S188 and S193 is essential.
Essential Qualification Required:
General education qualification is essential.
Additional information to note:
Working hours: 35 hours per week.
