Job Title: Site Manager
Salary:

Summary of Role:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for managing construction projects safely and efficiently in line with the Company s Health and Safety policies and contractual requirements. You will supervise site activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all works on the project site.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies always.
- Supervise and coordinate all site personnel including subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress providing regular updates to management.
- Liaise with subcontractors consultants and the site team to ensure adequate resourcing.
- Conduct weekly subcontract meetings and communicate with the design team on construction issues.
- Manage material procurement in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Prepare detailed site reports for management review.
- Ensure the client s expectations are met and maintained throughout the project.
- Conduct toolbox talks and resolve onsite issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork to remove barriers to success.
- Perform additional duties as required in line with the Company s policies and procedures.
