Must Have skills
• Proven knowledge of one or more of the following modules within ServiceNow including HRSD Employee Journey Lifecycle events Incident Problem Change Service Catalogue SelfService and SLA.
• Experience in implementing Employee Centre Pro.
• Experience in implementing Employee document management.
Nice to have
• Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other system via REST APIs Scripted REST APIs Mulesoft etc.
• Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript AJAX CSS Jelly Angular JS Bootstrap XML HTML).
• Certified ServiceNow system administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• Experience with Jira / Confluence.
