- My client are a Construction Recruitment Firm planning to expand exponentially! That is where you come in! You can take complete control of this and head up the White Collar Division Working closely with the MD and the other team members who specialise in the blue collar sector you will bring with you the knowledge and drive it requires to start up a new sector for this firm Also in various locations throughout the UK for their Brand New Office Openings if desired

Managing your own desk knowing what will make you successful no micromanagement here but all the support you need
- You have an indepth knowledge of fullcycle recruitment from winning large and adhoc clients job postings conducting interviews offering and aftercare
- A natural ability to land an expand within your accounts
- A clear and focussed approach to the permanent recruitment processes
- An understanding of the white collar sector meaning peaks and troughs how to prepare and plan for this and strong client management
- Additionally you have excellent organizational skills with a high ability to prioritize tasks as well as a strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- All the tools and tech required to do this role to the best of your ability
