We are looking for a Solicitor to join our rapidly expanding Private Client team in London. In this role you will provide highquality legal advice to clients while ensuring exceptional service. You will also play a key role in promoting the department s services and engaging in business development activities to enhance the firms reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of files under supervision effectively handling cases and transactions.
  • Interact directly with clients to gather instructions and ensure clarity in order to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers to enhance client relationship skills.
  • Foster relationships with smaller clients.
  • Accurately scope and price work with guidance.
  • Enhance your profile to attract delegated work and take charge of certain business development projects within the department.
  • Oversee time recording WIP monitoring and billing for your own and others files.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Previous experience in private client matters.
  • Currently studying or willing to study towards STEP certification.
  • Experience in preparing estate accounts and R185s is essential.
  • Training received at a midsized or Top 150 law firm.
