Home Manager Bath

35bed Residential Care home for older people
salary Between £50000 and £60000....depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the residential home located in Bath.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff and ensure highquality care services are provided to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents in line with regulatory standards and individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff providing training and support as needed.
  • Manage budgets and resources and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home setting as either Deputy or Home Manager.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting residents and their families.
  • Experience in implementing personcentred care plans and ensuring highquality care delivery.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
  • Experience in staff management training and development.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for the Home Manager position is between £50000 and £600000 depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary the benefits package may include health insurance pension contributions paid time off professional development opportunities and support for career advancement.
