About the job
This role would involve supporting our Growth marketing channels which consists of Direct Sales (Door-to-Door, Events), Lead Generation, Direct Mail and Gift Card. It sits within our Growth team and allows the successful candidate the opportunity to work across data, creative and strategy to hit our ambitious growth targets.
This role is focused on growth and is fundamentally about optimising the channel through structured testing and cost-saving initiatives to drive new customer acquisition for HelloFresh and Green Chef brands. It will require someone who is commercially driven, has tireless ambition for innovation, analytics and profitability.
What you will be doing:
Strategy and supporting management of a number core channels e.g Direct Sales, DM, Gift card and Lead Gen)
Support the strategy, media planning, analysis for key offline channels
Monitor channel budgets to achieve conversion and CAC targets
Dig deep into data to and request feedback from agencies to feed into performance reviews and conduct quarterly competitor analysis
Support in creation of creative briefs for marketing assets such as event stands, pitch cards, DM and gift card creative, paid ads for leads
Support team to execute and develop a test pipeline to drive innovation and optimise our performance OKRs
Support team on campaign logistics ensuring we have enough kit, uniform and collateral
Performance Budgeting & Reporting
Ensure all POs raised on times and manage cost reporting process
Deliver weekly activity and performance reports for the wider team
Support the team with agency reporting
Stakeholder Engagement and Management
Liaise with other markets and offline channel owners to share results, best practices, creative solutions and test plans
Share performance updates in weekly team meetings
Contribute to monthly meetings sharing your knowledge and expertise with the wider team and business
Who you are:
A keen interest in offline marketing channels and at least 1 years experience
A good understanding of growth marketing
Experience in prioritisation and workload planning
Experience of using data and insight to drive performance optimisation and improvement
Numerate with good analysis skills with ability to interpret results, translating this into direct actions
Strong verbal and written communication with experience in supplier management
Ability to work on your own initiative and be a self-starter
Confident in ability to co-work with people at all levels
