We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven FX Sales Executive to join our expanding team in London. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales a deep understanding of the FX market and a drive to excel in a fastpaced environment. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by hunting for new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Hunt for new enterprise business opportunities identifying and pursuing leads within the institutional space through proactive sales and networking efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Use the phone to contact Clevel executives across a diverse range of sectors engaging them in meaningful conversations about their FX needs and challenges.
  • Consultative Sales: Learn about your clients businesses understanding their key challenges and educating them on how our FX solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate closely with the team to build and present tailored FX solutions to clients with the aim of developing the ability to create these solutions independently over time.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and social skills whether facetoface over the phone or via email ensuring you are comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting enterprise clients to provide informed insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product development and customer support to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.


Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in FX sales financial services or a related role with a proven track record in business development.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of FX markets trading platforms and financial instruments particularly within the institutional and enterprise space.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with experience in cold calling networking and relationship management at the Clevel.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Motivation: A proactive selfmotivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
