The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic largescale operation in the banking industry
Overall purpose of role
To support the delivery of the People Training and Capability Workstream and its deliverables within the Financial Crime Transformation Programme. This role focuses on the banks ability to enhance rolespecific training awareness and capability and enhance mobility career progression and fungibility for Financial Crime employees.
Key accountabilities
Support the design and delivery of the required changes to support the future state Financial Crime governance approach ensuring alignment to the banks risk management framework regulatory requirements and internal policy requirements.
Support the design and implementation of an appropriate governance forum to enable detailed oversight of the Financial Crime agenda at the group level facilitating effective decisionmaking and strategy formulation.
Support the design and implementation of a consistent framework including terms of reference agenda MI and escalation criteria for firstline Financial Crime oversight meetings ensuring a standardised approach across the organisation.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications
Training Previous experience would be preferred and an advantage
Change/Transformation Projects: Experience in supporting a change or transformation project to delivery with an understanding of how to report and evidence its successful implementation.
Data Analysis: Competent in interpreting data related to learning and development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong engagement skills with internal teams and stakeholders.
Project Support: Competent in supporting change/transformation projects including tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing endtoend project management support.
Communication Skills: Effective in both verbal and written communication.
ProblemSolving: Basic problemsolving skills for people training and awareness challenges.
Technical Tools Proficiency: Understands data analysis and reporting tools; Competent with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint presentations.
