We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for an Expansion Manager UK to join our team.

Tasks

• Grow our footprint across UK, securing long-term operator agreements and leases leveraging established and new relationships for a steady, fast-paced expansion of our Habyt co-living experience
• Source, screen, underwrite, negotiate and close Habyt expansion opportunities in UK by securing either long term leases or long term operating agreements with developers and real estate owners
• Conduct market research, and identify target locations
• Analyze floor plans of existing buildings and new developments to identify densification opportunities
• Conduct financial modelling, and detailed underwriting to generate attractive returns for both landlords and Habyt
• Develop programmatic relationships with developers and landlords in those markets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective deal progression

Requirements

• Experience in real estate development and / or similar fields including student housing and hospitality
• Knowledge of real estate asset management and operations
• Ideally a network of real estate landlords, investors, developers, and brokers to hit the ground running without any delay
• Great stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially of public authorities, policy makers and other key parties
• A well-rounded, yet easy-going personality who enjoys being at the forefront of a spectacular growth and success story
