For our customer, an international investment company in London with several subsidiaries across Europe, we are looking for a reliable and motivated professional as an Executive Assistant
Tasks
- General administrative tasks;
- Filing and archiving of documents;
- Booking of travel arrangements for management;
- Providing administrative support to the team and being the first point of contact for external and internal partners;
- Coordinating online meetings and video calls;
- Processing of timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Manage personal commitments, e.g. support with medical insurance, scheduling of doctor appointments, accompanying to appointments, translations etc.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of similar work experience in an international environment;
- Russian is your native language, you have proficient knowledge of English;
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- You can start work ASAP.
