For our customer, an international investment company in London with several subsidiaries across Europe, we are looking for a reliable and motivated professional as an Executive Assistant

Tasks

  • General administrative tasks;
  • Filing and archiving of documents;
  • Booking of travel arrangements for management;
  • Providing administrative support to the team and being the first point of contact for external and internal partners;
  • Coordinating online meetings and video calls;
  • Processing of timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Manage personal commitments, e.g. support with medical insurance, scheduling of doctor appointments, accompanying to appointments, translations etc.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of similar work experience in an international environment;
  • Russian is your native language, you have proficient knowledge of English;
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • You can start work ASAP.
