Entry level / Virtual Personal Assistant (Remote)







As a Virtual Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and managing appointments and meetings: You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for your clients, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and materials in advance.

Communication and correspondence: You will be responsible for managing email, phone and other forms of communication for your clients, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages as needed.

Data entry and organization: You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing client data, including contact information, project details and other important documents.

Research and report generation: You will be responsible for conducting research and compiling reports on various topics as needed by your clients.

Travel and event coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, and managing logistics for events and meetings.

Other duties as assigned: You will be expected to assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operations of the business.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
This is a remote position and requires a reliable internet connection and computer. This is an entry-level position, and prior experience as a virtual assistant is not required but is a plus. Training will be provided.
