The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level / Product Tester Manager. This is a remote position and requires a reliable internet connection. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product testing and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing product testing projects from start to finish
Recruiting and managing a team of product testers
Gathering and analyzing data from product tests
Communicating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on project progress
Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the testing process
Ensuring that all testing is conducted in accordance with company standards and protocols
Providing feedback and recommendations for product improvements

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with product testing and/or project management is a plus
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work remotely

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
