We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level personal assistant. The successful candidate will work remotely, providing administrative support to our busy executives and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handle and prioritize incoming calls and emails
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends if needed
