We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. This is a remote position and the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Manage and update social media accounts
  • Perform research and assist with various projects as needed
  • Coordinate and plan travel arrangements
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and computer
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
