Job Description:

Flummox invites you to step into the role of an E-commerce Entrepreneur in Residence, overseeing one of our portfolio's D2C brands, which is making waves in the plush toy market for teenagers and young adults. With a strong foothold in the US and nearing 7 figures in gross sales, our brand has established its presence through a dedicated website, bolstered by impactful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing to guide both strategy and execution, ensuring the brand's continued growth and success.

Tasks

About the Role:

  • Guide Strategy & Execution: As the driving force behind the brand, you'll be responsible for crafting the overarching strategy and ensuring its meticulous execution. Your vision will shape the brand's future.
  • Operate & Optimize Marketing Channels: You'll be at the helm of our digital marketing efforts, leveraging Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic and sales to our website.
  • Brand Growth: With a solid foundation in place, your primary objective will be to scale the brand, tapping into new markets and opportunities.
  • Financial Backing: We provide the capital you need to invest and grow the brand. You bring the vision and strategy.
  • Infrastructure: Leverage our robust infrastructure in finance, supply chain, and operations to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Compensation: While this role does not come with a traditional salary, you'll be rewarded with a generous profit share and options, ensuring you're invested in the brand's success.
