c. SharePoint
d. MS Teams
3. MDM Intune:
a. Managing devices in Intune
i. Laptops
ii. Smart Phones
4. Intune (Windows) Autopilot
a. Building / rebuilding laptops using autopilot policies
b. Understanding of stepbystep process
5. Video Conferencing room support – Logitech MS teams
a. Logitech rally Kit Bar support.
b. Microsoft Teams rooms support (MTR)
6. Desktop/Laptop Setup
a. Building / rebuilding laptops
b. Desk setup (Power /Network)
7. Hands & Feet Server/Data Rooms
a. Patch Panel Network cabling
b. Physical server support
8. Service Now user experience
a. Basic knowledge of the tool – Incident Problem Change service request & Asset mgmt. module
Functional Skills:
1. ITIL process understanding.
2. Financial domain support
3. IT Asset and inventory Management
4. VIP user support
5. Situation and priority management
6. Minimum Relevant experience – 3 years
