Summary:

1.To support the performance, service delivery and development by providing an information and data analysis service by supporting and improving processes around data capture, analysis and the production of statistical performance relating to operational activity, ensuring timely and accurate production of management information.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to reports from Adults Performance team on behalf of BEH NHS Mental Health Trust; manipulate reports in Excel; in a way that can be understood by others.
  • Respond to reports or requests from Adults Performance team relating to data cleansing client files e.g. client demographics, incomplete or duplicate workstep s. This includes working with BEH NHS Mental Health Trust workers highlighting their errors on the system.
  • Request ADHOC reports from BEH NHS Trust Performance team in order to update clients file on Mosaic and to inform LBH Performance team.
  • Run reports from Mosaic Library as and when required.
  • Use RIO (BEH NHS Mental Health Trust) patient recording system to obtain client information for updating Mosaic (cross referencing both systems for reporting purposes) and other business-related requirements.
  • Record pieces of work on Mosaic on behalf of BEH NHS Mental Health Trust e.g. client reviews/CPA, carers assessment.
  • IT to initiate New Starter set-up on the LBH network, order worker equipment s e.g. laptops, smartphones (pre- covid 1to1 sessions set-up/induction).
  • Mosaic Social Care Recording System: providing 1 to 1 or group session training via MST or telephone and producing written workstep guidance. NB: training is carried out on the live system. required.
  • Raise Brokerage Contacts and Brokerage Cost requests relating to clients POC s on Mosaic; onbehalf of BEH NHS Mental Health Trust workers.



Requirements

1. You will be a pro-active analytical thinker with a sound knowledge and understanding vulnerable adults. Be a strong and reliable team worker, who brings ideas for service delivery and in partnership with parents and young people

2. You will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, ensuring professional social work standards are always maintained. And, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with conflict, hostility and vulnerability

3. Experience of identifying and managing risk, planning appropriate interventions and an ability to advise practitioners n this process
