Business AnalystCloud Platform Azure







We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisation Design Analyst to join our team focused on defining and developing a detailed operating model for our Cloud Platform implementation. This role requires experience in development of all levels of target operating models (Capabilities Process R&Rs org design etc). Experience of cloud technologies particularly Microsoft Azure is preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements analyse & redesign business processes define detailed R&Rs and ensure the seamless integration of cloud solutions into our target organizational design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process definition
o Requirements capture and analysis to support definition of the processes necessary to be uplifted to support the target operating model for the Cloud implementation.
o Detailed definition (including R&Rs) of processes supporting impacted capabilities on the Cloud Platform.
• Operating Model Development:
o In conjunction with the Operating Model Design lead support design and definition of a comprehensive operating model tailored to the cloud platform implementation at the Bank ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Develop detailed documentation including process flows operating procedures and governance models.
o Definition of the target organisation and expected roles.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Engage with various business units to understand their needs and ensure the cloud platform meets organizational requirements.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and validate operating model designs.
• Technical Collaboration:
o Work closely with the IT and cloud architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of the proposed operating model.
o Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support the implementation process.
• Change Management:
o Support change management in definition of the Change Impact Assessment (CIA).
o Support development and implementation of change management plans to ensure smooth transition to the new operating model.
o Provide training and support to stakeholders to facilitate adoption of the cloud platform.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Proven ability to define and document detailed operating models and business processes.
• Previous experience of operating model design within large high complexity transformation programs.
• Experience working in conjunction with change management and training development teams.
• Cloud operating model design experience preferably in Azure.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
• Proficiency in using analysis tools and software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business analyst org design analyst strategy analyst or similar role; preferably with experience in Cloud platform implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP Azure certifications) are highly desirable.
