Overview:

We are seeking a motivated handsonHospitality & Events Management Internto join our team at the stunningEX Venture Campusin the heart ofCanggu Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the daily operations of our beautiful campus which includes acaf bar restaurant and event spaces working alongside a dedicated team of12 staff members. Youll collaborate directly with the owners of EX Venture gaining valuablerealworld management experiencein hospitality and event operations.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage Daily Operations:

• Oversee the daytoday management of ourcaf bar restaurant and event spaces ensuring a high standard of service and customer experience.
• Lead a team of12 staff members providing daily guidance ensuring tasks are completed and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

2. Enhance the Guest Experience:

• Create an inspirational and welcoming atmosphere for guests and our international community.
• Work closely with the owners to implement new strategies for improving the guest experience fromeventsto daily services in our hospitality outlets.

3. Event Planning & Execution:

• Plan and execute variousevents and workshopshosted at the campus including guest speaker series networking sessions and social events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team topromote events drive attendance and ensure seamless execution.

4. Team Leadership & Motivation:

• Inspire and motivate the staff fostering a positive work environment where everyone feelsvaluedandenergized.
• Develop leadership skills by taking initiative solving problems and guiding the team through the challenges of daytoday operations.

5. Operational Improvements & Strategy:

• Work with the owners to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to increaseefficiencyandguest satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the leadership team to discuss performance and upcoming goals.
