The Role

Growing luxury aesthetic clinic seeking a customer service and sales oriented Assistant Manager to support Management in the running of the clinic. You will be presentable have worked with a high end clientele and enjoy both sales and customer services.

In return you can expect a generous salary with both bonus and commission working alongside a talented friendly team and growing with the business.

You will be leading a front of house ensuring five star service levels at all times and that sales and enquiry conversion targets are met. You will also take part in the hiring process team training and development as well as performance reviews. In addition to this you will support Management with various aspects of running of the clinic working with highly skilled doctors aestheticians and management.

Requirements

Assistant Management or FOH Management experience within the aesthetics cosmetic surgery or high end spa industry min 3 years
5 years of customer service
4 years of receptionist
3 Handling of new client enquiries converting these
2 years Team supervision/management
Luxury industry experience is a plus
Doctorled clinic experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Availability for some weekend work
