We are working with a quality care provider devoted to delivering firstclass dementia nursing residential and respire care to residents living in our homes.

With 10 homes and new homes being aquired the focus is on Chief People Officer who can bring it all together

Role Description

This is a fulltime hybrid role as a Chief People Officer at Kara Healthcare. As the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR strategy and operations. Your daytoday tasks will include talent acquisition and retention employee engagement performance management compensation and benefits administration employee relations policy development and HR compliance. While this role is primarily based in the Greater Leicester Area there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR strategy and operations
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and retention
  • Excellent understanding of employee engagement and performance management
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
  • Experience in employee relations and policy development
  • Thorough knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or related field
