This is a remote position.

£400£450 per day (Outside IR35)

We are looking for a driven and detailoriented PMO Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of critical projects for one of our key clients. You ll play an essential role in building and maintaining the project management office (PMO) helping to drive governance reporting and resource management across a diverse portfolio of programs.
Role Summary:
The PMO Analyst role is a critical component of the project management office tasked with managing project support functions and aiding in the governance of diverse programmes. This position requires a proactive detailoriented professional who can navigate a dynamic environment while fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring adherence to project standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO Manager and Program Managers ensuring smooth operation of the project management office and successful project execution.
- Governance & Reporting: Assist in the development and implementation of governance processes. Track key project metrics and prepare detailed reports on program progress risks and resource utilisation.
- Documentation & Tracking: Ensure all project documentation is uptodate organised and accessible. Maintain project logs track milestones and report any potential issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project teams and stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organisation. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying project risks and issues working closely with the PMO Manager to implement mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to improve project management processes tools and templates to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the portfolio.
- Resource Management Support: Help manage resource allocation and capacity planning ensuring that all programs have the necessary support to meet their goals.
What We re Looking For:
- Experience in a PMO or project management support role preferably in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile PRINCE2 etc.).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality reports and documentation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and provide insights to drive decisionmaking.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and provide clear concise updates.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement always looking for ways to optimise project outcomes.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira or similar).
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with resource management practices and capacity planning.
