This is a remote position.

We are seeking a driven and selfmotivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at My Future Courses. This is a commissiononly selfemployed role ideal for someone who thrives in a targetdriven environment and enjoys the challenge of building something new.

My Future Courses is a startup company offering accredited online compliance training courses for businesses (B2B) to help them meet essential standards in areas such as Mental Health GDPR Equality & Diversity Safeguarding and Online Safety.

As a startup we are in the early stages of our journey and there is a lot of potential for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is entrepreneurial selfmotivated and comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with working for a startup. If you succeed there is uncapped commission potential and your efforts will have a direct impact on the company s success.

While we re confident in the need for compliance training as a new company we acknowledge that the market response is still evolving. This means the role comes with a high level of flexibility and autonomy but also requires resilience and a strong selfstarter attitude to make it work.

  • Proactively create and manage a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
  • Identify and approach B2B clients in various sectors who need compliance training for their teams.
  • Conduct sales activities (calls emails networking) to generate interest and close deals.
  • Lead clients through the sales process and close sales earning high commissions on every deal.
  • This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere and set your own hours.
  • Use CRM tools to track your sales activities monitor client interactions and provide regular updates on progress and targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.



  • Requirements

    • Proven track record in B2B sales particularly in service or educationbased sales. Experience in compliance training or HR services is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently set personal goals and stay focused in a commissiononly environment.
    • Ability to communicate with business leaders confidently HR managers and decisionmakers.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop longterm business relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Zoho) and digital tools to track and manage leads and sales activity.
    • A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a desire to learn continuously and improve.
