Weekend Receptionist. Ribble Court Care Home

• 12 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday 9:30am – 4pm
• £11.49 per hour

Here at Ribble Court we provide highquality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors with a personcentred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

As a Receptionist at our home your role may involve:

• Undertaking any necessary training
• Updating the visiting booking system
• Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
• Opening the door to all visitors
• Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

What are we looking for

• A positive outlook and a warm personality
• Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector experience in a similar role is essential
• You must also be comfortable inputting into various systems
• It is a fastpaced role so the successful candidate will have experience of multitasking and be able to work using their own initiative.
• You will be highly organised with good attention to detail and have the ability to liaise confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing.
