Non-Pharmacist Manager

Reporting directly to Head Office, your support is vital to the pharmacist in the provision of many different services and managing the team. You will be part of a hard-working and established team overseeing the running of the branch and you will be involved in developing positive relationships with patients and GP surgeries to ensure that we deliver the most effective customer service in the industry.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and assisting all members of the pharmacy team by training and performance managing.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally within legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure the correct storage of the medication including effective stock rotation.
- Monitor and check expiry dates on the medication.
- Sort and file prescriptions and other relevant paperwork as per the company s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Maintain a clean & tidy environment.
- Liaise with GP surgeries and their teams to enable the pharmacy to deliver the highest possible customer service.
- Build relationships with all departments in Head Office to ensure the smooth and safe running of the pharmacy.
Qualifications & Skill s:
*You must hold an NVQ2 equivalent in Pharmacy Dispensing Services or have experience working in the pharmacy industry.
*You must have basic IT knowledge and good customer service skills.
*Be able to perform well under pressure, and work as part of a team.
*Management experience is preferred but training will be provided.
