Your Duties


* First contact for parts enquiries and providing technical parts assistance

* Providing direct support to the service team to source parts for service quotes and repair jobs

* Parts sourcing identification of suppliers and parts returns

Stock taking and maintaining a high level of stock efficiency


Requirements


* Parts Advisor experience in parts from any engineering/automotive background

* Strong customer management and service skills

* Good administrative parts experience

* Able to commute to Glasgow
