Job Purpose: As the Office Administrator youll play a crucial role in supporting our Director by managing our systems ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Face of Our Company: Welcome and greet clients with a friendly smile. Youll be the first point of contact helping to build lasting relationships with our valued customers.

  • Customer Connection: Answer telephone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism providing excellent service to all inquiries.

  • Keep Us Organised: Maintain and update our quotation and purchase spreadsheet ensuring everything is up to date and accurate.

  • Create Winning Proposals: Produce compelling client quotations that reflect the quality and value of our services.

  • Coordinate with Excellence: Book courses with awarding bodies handling notifications for organisations like CITB & IOSH with precision and care.

  • Booking Mastery: Assist with course bookings via email and our CRM ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.

  • Quality Assurance: Review prepared course paperwork following our guidance list ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Empower Our Trainers: Provide trainers with the necessary documentation information and IT resources needed to deliver topnotch courses.

  • Contract Wizard: Prepare training contracts that reflect our professional standards and commitment to excellence.

  • Course Closure Support: Help close course files by scanning letter confirmations and saving them in the relevant course file.

  • Organizational Pro: Support filing creation of ADHOC certificates and scanning of course documentation.

  • Results and Feedback: Assist in completing course result paperwork and support delegate evaluation and agent analysis.
