Our clients are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to run our wonderful home.
As the manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, including recruiting, training and managing staff, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national standards. You will liaise with and maintain partnerships with other local organisations and authorities.
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- NVQ at Level 4 or Level 5 in health and social care for adults and have a good understanding of CQC requirements and regulations
- COVID-19 considerations: Everyone is required to wear a mask when entering the building which will be provided.

About you You will be an experienced Home Manager with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement. We are looking for a confident communicator who is entrepreneurial and with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability coupled with a compassionate and resilient nature. Ideally you will hold a management qualification. Skills/Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Care Management (preferred) Care Home Management 2 years (preferred)
