About the HR Coordinator job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, energetic People team at our new distribution centre in Derby.
What the HR Coordinator will be doing:
What you will be doing:
Being the face of HelloFresh, based on our front desk, welcoming visitors, and supporting with HR queries from production team members
Working closely with Shift and Operations Managers to support people management
Supporting HelloFresh company culture, driving initiatives, and organising culture activities
Being the ultimate go-to for a high volume of queries from both office staff and production teams
Providing HR system support to other members of the HR Team and Operations Teams
Empathising and managing both sensitive and confidential queries
Authoring and monitoring holiday requests for Production Teams
Playing a key role in Absence Management, tracking data, pulling reports, spotting trends, and giving summaries to the HR Lead and Executive
Working in unison with the Recruitment Team to support on-boarding tasks
Supporting our weekly payroll
Managing our office budget and arranging weekly food shops
Who the HR Coordinator is:
Is keen to start a career in HR
Has some previous experience in an admin role
Is a strong communicator and team player
Is someone with drive and determination
Is both friendly and positive in manner
Has strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Is able to work in a rapidly changing environment, managing multiple tasks at once
Can easily build relationships with others
Possesses energy, enthusiasm, and commitment
