Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Specialist to lead procurement efforts across our company s diverse supply chain. In this role you will leverage procurement strategies and tools to drive cost reduction foster supplier relationships and deliver longterm value. The ideal candidate will play a strategic leadership role in shaping market opportunities influencing supplier behaviour and aligning procurement activities with company goals turning procurement into a key driver of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Analyze procurement trends across all regions to identify costsaving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Consolidate procurement volumes to maximize purchasing power and secure better pricing from suppliers.
  • Implement demand management strategies with internal stakeholders to optimize requirements and reduce procurement spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while expanding the supplier base to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop strategic longterm partnerships with key suppliers to foster innovation and ensure reliable supply.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D manufacturing and finance to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Develop sustainable procurement practices ensuring environmental and social governance (ESG) factors are considered.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 35 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and regional teams.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings and data sheets.
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
