Role: Bank Nurse (RGN or RMN)

As a Bank Nurse (RGN or RMN) your responsibilities include:

• Personalized Care: Assess residents needs develop and implement care plans.
  
• Medication Management: Administer medications monitor vital signs and ensure accurate documentation.
  
• Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and feeding.
  
• Emotional Support: Offer compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  
• Skills: Strong communication organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Experience: Passionate about working with dementia and mental health patients.
  
• Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
