Office Administrator. Sandstone Care Group

  • Fulltime 37.5 hours per week
  • £24375 per annum
  • Shift pattern: MonFri working hours 9am5pm

Sandstone Care Group is a renowned provider of care homes known for maintaining unparalleled standards of care across its portfolio of nine residential facilities located in the Northern regions of England and Wales.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and friendly individual with great customer service skills to join Sandstone Care Group where you will be supporting the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator.

As an Office Administrator your role may involve:

  • Ensure HR files are up to date including Right to Work Contracts and DBS
  • Coordinating the recruitment/onboarding of new care home staff
  • Assisting the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator
  • Auditing Staff Files
  • General Office duties including; answering the telephone and ad hoc tasks

What are we looking for

  • We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong administrative skills and has experience working in a generalist administrative role covering many aspects.
  • You will also be computer literate have experience of payroll knowledge of HR processes and welldeveloped customer service skills.
  • You will be highly organised with good attention to detail and have the ability to liaise confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing.
  • It is a fastpaced role so the successful candidate will have experience of multitasking and be able to work using their own initiative.
  • You must also be comfortable inputting into various systems
