Product Project Manager







The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage, maintain and own product ensuring proposed benefits and objectives are met against business objectives and agreements through measurement and delivery.
Manage and administrate the product lifecycle, defining and implementing requirements from concept, through development, launch and review.
Define and manage timed and budgeted projects/product scope, working with internal and external stakeholders.
As product owner, communicate the vision and goals of each product phase including planning and reviews.
Support the execution of product strategy and innovation, ensuring consideration of customer need and experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop new products and functionality; prioritising phases and projects within the roadmap.
Identify opportunities for enhancement, driving operational initiatives and solutions to ensure competitive and innovative product.
Internal ambassador and product champion, introducing and training stakeholders on new products, features and functionality.
Contribute to the product and marketing plan, ensuring product elements and dependencies are factored into delivery including documentation and communication.
Implement regular progress reporting and communication; establish milestones, product sign off, continuous improvement and approval system(s).
Conduct regular analysis of competitors and technology, monitor data, multichannel usability, accessibility and trends to improve products.
Identify opportunity and call to action to drive revenue, conversion and successful customer experience.
Manage product stakeholder expectations effectively to ensure cohesive working methods and best practice. Ensure governance, quality, well tested and assured product.
Ensure operational effectiveness of product platforms such as website and applications, legal policy and regulatory requirements, maintain and review key service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Degree educated
- Previous experience in Product Management
- Knowledge of foreign exchange / international payments an advantage given the holistic nature of the role
- Understand API integrations with third party systems
- Practical experience of project management methodologies
- Ability to form effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work within a multitasking, fast-paced, high-growth and demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills required to bring various people and departments together
- Ability to analyse datasets and review results
- A self-starter who can effectively work independently as well as part of a team
