SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER







THE ROLE
We need an experienced Senior Account Manager to work in a dynamic, fast paced agency environment.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Responsible for driving the effective delivery of brilliant creative, digital and data focussed campaigns.
Building strong relationships, with daily client contact.
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget, whilst maintaining client satisfaction. Participating in meetings and status calls, with a thorough understanding of all projects, demonstrating an understanding of the client s business, objectives, their market sector and marketing landscape.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years + in an Account Manager role at a previous agency, working within a direct or integrated agency environment, with proven experience of CRM, customer engagement and social channels.
A thorough understanding of internal processes and procedures, with excellent organisation skills. Experience of owning, writing and delivering briefs, working closely with internal teams to produce great work. Delivering work efficiently, profitably and right first time.
Comfortable at progressing creative briefs, as well as technical requirements in order to bring a solution to reality.
Equally competent in delivering day-to-day projects as well as showing an appetite for more strategic lead initiatives.
Highly organised, ensuring documentation and administration is smooth, timely and efficient. Confident in being involved in client and internal presentations.
COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE
A good commercial understanding, familiar with agency financial management processes. Experienced in all elements of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and billing.
THE PERSON
Conscientious and hardworking, showing an enthusiasm to learn.
A proven ability to multi-task, with a can-do attitude. A natural people person, and team leader, approachable and friendly.
A track record of building and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency role.
Highly numerate, with the responsibility for forecasting and budget control.
The ability to develop an in depth understanding and knowledge of the clients business and sector, with responsibility for identifying opportunities for growth.
