Area Sales Manager - Kitchen products into retailers

Our client are a well known leading manufacturer of kitchen related products with true national coverage. Over the last decade they have produced spectacular results through the good and bad times with substantial year on year growth (turnover and profit). They are therefore investing in their sales team looking for a talented Area Sales Manager to further develop their market share. They provide essential kitchen products where demand is high. This is a superb well established company with great company culture and would suit a talented Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager either within the KBB sector or other product categories that are sold into retail.
The Role of Area Sales Manager
This is a field / home based role covering the South West and South Wales. As Area Sales Manager you will develop relationships with existing independent retail accounts as well as with kitchen studios. You will be tasked with identifying growth opportunities - increasing revenue spend within your accounts. As Area Sales Manager, you will also identify new potential retailers where there are growth gaps in your area. There are significant USP's, as well as a competitive pricing model which will see the incoming Area Sales Manager earn a realistic 20k in OTE on top of their basic. This role should be particularly appealing to a candidate that has successfully managed retailers or retail / merchant type accounts.
The Candidate - Area Sales Manager
- Experience selling into retail is advantageous.
- Candidates from KBB or FMCG / Retail sales backgrounds are of interest
- We are looking for a driven, analytical field sales professional that is keen driven to achieve a realistic 20k on top of their basic
